Clip and Sponge Use the included clip and sponge as a 'paint brush' to apply the glue evenly to the table tennis blade. Spread Glue Spread the glue on the head of the table tennis racket and back of rubber sheet. Wait approximately 15 minutes to dry. The glue will turn white to clear.
