This is an avant- garde fragrance from the Indie House Fantome. I’m really fond of this but don’t reach for it enough. This has only been sprayed 2-3 times. The notes are “salt water canals, buzzing neon, melted vanilla ice cream” (Fantome brand website). This is a made to order fragrance that retails for 175. Price is firm, thanks for looking!
