Profit Streams™: Growth Pricing Workshop (4 days)

The workshop combines interactive sessions, collaborative exercises, and conversations with your team members to enable you to:

  • Complete a Customer Benefit Analysis to model the tangible and intangible benefits of your solution.
  • Create a snapshot of your existing pricing choices such as pricing strategy, structure, specifications, and policies, so you can identify the specific changes you are making to improve your pricing model.
  • Understand how to construct a Customer ROI Model, including the Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Identify the key opportunities to improve pricing and licensing.
  • Create a plan to implement the improvements.

Agile Kata (1 day)

The Agile Kata – Foundation Level certification course is an interactive, activity-based course where participants gain a deep understanding of Agile Kata and the responsibilities that rest on the shoulders of agile coaches, business leaders and the entire agile team. Agile Kata uncovers better ways of working by doing it yourself and helping others do it (ref. Agile Manifesto). Through a combination of discussion and exercises, participants develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles and theory of Agile Kata, while learning the practices used by successful agile teams.

SAFe Executive workshop (1 day)

This workshop will give you a deeper and better understanding of the problems and challenges you face and how to solve them in a sustainable way. Furthermore, the workshop will emphasize your role in leading a successful transformation with the Scaled Agile Framework. We go deep into the discussions where we discuss specific pain points, contexts, goals and how to create a learning organization. By understanding and adopting a Lean-Agile mindset, you will be able to apply the principles to improve the quality of your products and services in today’s market.

Lean Portfolio Management (2 days)

In this course, participants will learn the practical tools and techniques needed to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions: strategy, investments, agile portfolio management, and Lean Governance.

Participants will learn to capture the current and desired future state of their portfolio using the Portfolio Canvas tool, identifying key initiatives that can contribute to goal achievement. We will also look at value streams, prioritization mechanisms, and how to set up a Lean Portfolio for maximum performance.

Leading SAFe (2 days)

During this two-day course, participants will gain the knowledge necessary to have an overall overview of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles drawn from Lean, System Thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
