Get the tools you need to help organizations succeed with OKRs

Learn an effective method for goal management and help teams and companies achieve their goals. On this course you will gain a deep understanding of the OKR framework (Objectives and Key Results) and practical experience in implementing it.

In this course you will learn:

OKR is an effective method of goal management used by Google, Apple, Spotify and many other leading companies.The course gives you practical experience in implementing OKR in your own organisation. The training program is accredited by the OKR Consortium in collaboration with Ben Lamorte, the world’s most experienced OKR trainer. At the end of the training, participants receive the Certified OKR Coach personal certificate, which is recognized worldwide.

Prerequisites

No specific qualification is required to participate in this course. Everyone is welcome to participate in the course. Nevertheless, it is an advantage if you know a little about management, goal management, flexible methods or project and product management.
